Refund Returns

Overview
Due to the nature of our products, once the order has been processed, we can’t cancel your order or offer you a refund. However, you can change/modify your order within 48 hours.
In case you receive damaged items or they have been printed incorrectly and the mistake is on our part, we can reprint your order.
To be eligible for this service, you must provide proof of damaged/incorrect items in the form of images. Please share those images with our team when you contact us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return request is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that you are now eligible for a reprint order.
